sabemos que el servicio de atención al cliente representa un problema para
aquellas personas que poseen problemas auditivos, Por esta razón en Turquía
Samsung a implementado el servicio de video call center para poder comunicarse
de una mejor manera con estos consumidores y hacerlo más fácil.
Por esta
razón Samsung acción en la cual todo un pueblo estaba involucrado en sorprender
a un muchacho llamado Muharrem el cual pose problemas auditivos y pocos lo
entendían.
En el spot se puede observar como todo el pueblo de repente podía comunicarse con
lenguaje de señas con Muharren, haciendo que esto sea conmovedor.

auditivos pueden entrar al sitio y buscar información necesaria,la cual se
encuentra disponible en vídeos explicado con lenguaje de señas, así mismo ellos
pueden hacer llegar sus preguntas, sugerencias o mensajes de la misma manera
los cuales serán resuelto a modo de que el cliente entienda.
